Opinion piece for the Toronto Star: I Deliver Food for a Living

I was approached by the Toronto Star Food & Dining section to write about my experience delivering food for apps like Uber Eats during the pandemic. My objective was to give the reader the visceral sense of the experience of delivering food by bike in Toronto. I also wanted to put a human face to those who do that type of work for a living, as the apps structure the work intentionally to dehumanize workers.
